Your appointments are very important to the team at Lotus Skin Studio. Reserved time is specially set aside for your service, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from accommodating other clients.

• Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a $50 fee.

• No-Show Fee: Failure to show up for an appointment without any notice will result in a $50 fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the $50 fee will apply.
